Abstract

There were determined regularities of the influence of microheterogeneity and crystallization conditions of Al–50wt.%Sn melt on the mechanical properties of ingot phase constituents (Young modulus and nanohardness). The measurements of given characteristics were performed by means of nanoindentation method. Results of investigations allowed revealing the mechanism of microheterogeneity and crystallization conditions of melt on the ingot machinability by metal forming.

Abstract

There were considered factors that determine difference of low and ultrasonic frequency treatment methods with regard to composite melts: cavitation events, dissipation losses, capability to turbulent mixing of melt. There was proven independence of every of these methods.

Abstract

There were carried out theoretical research of thermodynamic simulation with regard to the systems Zink-Limonite ore of deposit Zhayrem (the Republic of Kazakhstan) – Carbon within the range of 1000–3000 K and pressure 0,001–0,1 MPa with the help of software solution «Astra», founded on the principle of maximum entropy. There was established that increase of reducing medium in the charging material leads to reducing of degree of silicon transition in elemental silicon (owing to increase of it transition in carbides), and at more less content of reducing medium there is increased part of silicon, that transits to SiO, at practically full absence of reduced elemental Si. Under decreasing of pressure in the system from 0,1 to 0,001 MPa there is decreases temperature of full transition of zink (1500–1200 K), lead (1900–1500 K) and temperature of the start of silicon formation
(2300–1900 K). Under Р = 0,001 MPa substantial (more than 50 %) elemental silicon formation could be attain at Т ≈ 2450 K.

Abstract

There was investigated thermal characteristics and phase transformation of technological systems silt–sulfur, cake–sulfur and dust–sulfur. There was considered possibility of sulfur application for sulfidizing of copper production’s technogenic waste. There was defined that mechanism of sulfidizing of lead in technogenic waste by sulfur is common, and it refer to bond breaking lead–oxygen.

Abstract

There were measured equilibrium potential of alloys Pr–In, contained 8,7–12,1 mol.% Pr, and alloys Pr–In–Ga of eutectic composition, saturated by praseodymium up to 6,71 mol.% Pr, at 573–1073 K in the salt solution on the base (Li–K–Cs)Cleut. Metal praseodymium was used as a reference electrode when investigation Pr–In system; two-phase praseodymium – indium L ++ PrIn3 with well-known thermodynamic characteristics and without phase transition in examined temperature region under investigation of Pr–In–Ga system. Abstract

There were considered different aspects of ultrasonic application in the process of electrodialysis of aluminoborophosphate concentrate (ABРС) solution for synthesis of binder agent without silica in precision casting of reactive alloys. There was defined that increasing of speed and undergoing degree of electrodialysis in the field of powerful ultrasonic. There was developed corresponding simulation model, offered and realized computer run calculation method of optimal parameters for preparation of activated ABРС binder agent in precision casting. Their use secured effective management of complex physical and chemical process of electrodialysis in the field of ultrasonic. On the base of determined relationships was developed technology of ceramic corundum mold manufacturing on activated ABРС, providing quality increasing of high-duty precision casting from nonferrous alloys.

Abstract

There was offered method of definition for optimal geometry with regard to drawing tool by drawing of bimetal and trimetal billets. Out of minimum condition for drawing stress were obtained dependences for determine of optimal angle of taper for drawing tool. These dependences provide minimal drawing stress and minimal energy inputs by bimetal and trimetal billets production.

Abstract

There was considered regime of forming for sandwich construction from titanium alloy that represents corrugated filling, inserted between two shell plates, by means of linear law of neutral gas supply. This gas entered in the area between filling and shells. There was offered simple model of process, based on the use of torque-free shell theory. There was offered numerical procedure of the main parameters of examined process. There was offered example of special calculation for titanium alloy VT6 (Ti–6Al–4V). The results of calculations on approximate formulae are correspond to numerical solution of boundary problem of recovery creep theory, obtained by means of software ANSYS.

Abstract

There was performed simulation modelling and experimental research with regard to process of hydraulic-mechanical squirting of hard to machine material. There was examined influence of technological parameters on index of damage and specific stress of squirting. With the aid of computer-based system MATLAB was performed regression analysis of simulation experiment results. In the context of aluminium alloy Amr5 investigation was determined optimal parameters of hydraulic-mechanical squirting process on criterion of minimal damage of deformed material.

Abstract

There were presented results of research of billet of hard alloy (HA) from powders, obtaining by electro spark dispersion (ESD) of tungsten-contained waste of alloy trade mark T15K6. For manufacturing of HA-powder from waste was used plant for ESD conductive materials. As working liquid in its reactor was used distilled water and lighting kerosene. Process of dispersion was conducted at the following parameters: energy discharge capacity capacitance 35 μF, voltage 200–220 V, pulse recurrence frequency 30 Hz. Experiments proved that HA-billet as result of cold isostatic pressing at pressure 300 MPa and subsequent sintering at vacuum at temperature 1500 °C during 2 hours of powders, obtaining from waste by means of ESD, have in comparison with industrial hard alloy of trade mark T156K more porosity (by 4,22–9,22 times), less grain sizes (by 1,5–3,0 times), more high density (by 5 %), less crushing stress (by 1,2–3,2 times) and more micro hardness (by 1,2 times).

Peculiarity of Synthesized Smart Management Control System (SSMCS) PV-3 with regard to Vanyukov Process at copper production Zapolyarny branch of OJSC «Mining and Metallurgical Complex “Norilsk Nickel”» is use of universal description of complex multifactor model in the form of semantic network on specific restricted vocabulary. That is substantially decreased dimension of subject area without losses of semantic with retention of operability of all their elements. Application of tailor-made method of acquisition and formalization knowledge in analytical expression allows perform convolution of multivendor on its physical nature information into polynominal model exactly for given process, phenomenon or object.
