Maksimov N.P., Baimatov K.K. The grounds of calculating electromagnetic vibrator power of rotor-vibration mill
The vibration motion of two-mass system is considered as applied to the designed structure of rotor-vibration mill. Vibrator power of vibrators was determined based on the equations of movement of two masses as well as taking the rigidity of the system and the resisting forces into account. The results obtained show the consumed power increase depending on the system amplitude and frequency.

The article presents the results of industrial tests of MAYA type mill during the carbon material dynamic milling under the conditions of the Dneprovsky Electrocarbon Plant (Zaporozhie, the Ukraine). It is shown that in case of its application in the technological scheme in production of anode mass, the screening and proportioning operations may be eliminated and the milled product may be directly used for compacting. This allows removing a number of assemblies out of the process production scheme for anode mass production.

Evdokimov S.I., Solodenko A.A. The theory of producing magnetic liquids and movement of mineral particles in deviation type separators
Magnetic fluid separators were designed for finishing of gold-containing concentrates and an analytical technique was developed for determination of technological parameters of their calculation. A program for calculation of the particle trajectory in the inter-pole gaps of the magnetic fluid separators is proposed. Some examples of their application in the practice of heavy mineral concentrate finishing at the gold-mining installations are considered. The Industrial operation of the separators has proved the efficiency of their application for extraction of uncombined gold.

The research results of the effect of sodium hypochlorite and surface-active substance admixtures into sulfuring-chloride leaching solutions on zinc and lead extraction from the sulfide polymetallic ores are given. The mathematical models of the metal extraction into the solutions and rational parameters of the process conduction were determined considering the metal content in ores.
Rubanovskaya S.G., Velichko L.N. Sorption of heavy metal ions by natural materials
The data of water medium sorption treatment from heavy metal ions of sulfate solutions using natural material – Irlit-1 are given. The sorption efficiency is shown by the example of rectifying sewages of the OAO “Gran” (Vladikavkaz city). The results obtained testify the possibility of selective extraction of metal ions at different pH values in the rectifycation process using Irlit-1 to MPC and better. The large-scale estimation of the value of prevented environmental damage was made.
Voropanova L.A., Khomenko L.P. Possibilities of electrochemical cobalt water-solution treatment process from manganese impurity
Cobalt and manganese electroextraction from sulfate and sulfate-chloride solutions was investigated. It was found from the data of spectral and X-ray phase analyses that cathode cobalt is in accord with KO, K1Au, K1A, K1 and K2 grades. Manganese is extracted from the solution together with anode sludge.

The surface tension of non-ferrous metals in solid state (s s) was investigated. The measurements of s s were carried out on polycrystalline wire specimens with the help of high-temperature version of compensation method of zero creep flow. The results of the theoretical calculations of the parameter are given based on electron-statistic theory. The analysis of the data obtained was made by the way of their comparison with the results of other authors as well as with corresponding values of surface tension of the metal studied in liquid state.

С использованием справочных данных разработан алгоритм расчета плотности, теплоемкости, коэффициента динамической вязкости и теплопроводности многокомпонентного раствора, на основании которого составлена программа для ЭВМ. Приведена принципиальная блок-схема алгоритма расчета.
Alkatseva V.M. Calculation algorithm of physical-chemical properties of multicomponent solutions of non-organic substances
Using the reference data, an algorithm to calculate density, heat capacity, coefficient of dynamic viscosity, and heat conductivity of multicomponent solution was developed. A computer program was drawn up based on the algorithm. The functional diagram of the calculation algorithm is given.

An algorithm and basing on it computer program, which lets to calculate all dimensionless complexes (resemblance criterions) determining the object or process, are described. The algorithm is based on the p -theorem of dimension theory. The input data is the list of the main physical values, which take part in the process of object work. The program analyzes their dimension units. The output data is the list of all possible dimensionless complexes. An algorithm block-scheme and examples of it implementation are also shown.
Arunyants G.G. On one approach to complexity principle use on tasks of automated structural synthesis concerning automated design system in terms of the parameters of technological objects
A possibility and necessity of the objective complexity estimation operation during the Control System design for the analyzed variants of the industrial parameters structural organization was shown. It was based on the relation of the analyzed system complexity and labor consumption for their introduction and exploitation. The main algorithms for the cost estimation determination for the system complexity being the basis for the subsystem development of the multidimensional automated design system aimed at the decision of structural synthesis problems were presented.
Zarochentsev V.M. Application of method of reactor tandem modeling in Matlab environment
The article considers the ideal mixing model use in the flow reactor for metal oxide leaching with sulfuric acid solution. A mathematical model for the calculation of metal sulfate, acid, metal oxide content in the solid phase was proposed. Special software in the form of a block-scheme in the Simulink system was developed. The simulation modeling of the leaching process in one reactor and in a tandem of the three connected reactors was conducted.

Based on analyzing the gas fuel combustion and the experimental data in an industrial furnace of alumina calcination it was found that the efficiency of combustion process rises when supplying water steam as 0,1 kg/m3 fuel into the burner in the beginning of the torch, namely, specific fuel consumption decreases, furnace capacity rises, and the environment improves.
Meshkov E.I. On calculation of angular radiation coefficients of systems of complex surface configuration
The rule intended for analysis of complex radiative heat-exchange systems for the purpose of simplification of calculation of geometric angular coefficient of radiation was formulated. Derivation of the equation is given for the mathematic expression of this rule and an example of its application in calculation of radiative heat-exchange in a tubular rotary furnace is considered.
Meshkov E.I. Geometric anqular coefficients of radiation in tube rotary furnace
The correct mathematical dependencies are drawn for calculation of the geometric angular coefficients of radiation from the flange cross section surface of the tube rotary furnace on all zones, which are distinguished in the case of the zone method of the heat exchange calculation use. These expressions were determined using the integration method of heat-exchange surface contours.
