Strizhko V.S., Shehirev D.V., Abriutin D.V. The extraction of the ions of some metals by sodium diethylditiocarbamates using kerosene as a solvent
The brief revue of the extraction of diethylditiocarbamates (DDC) of copper and zinc using different solvents was presented in the article. The kinetic of dissolution of DDC copper and zinc in kerosene with/without addition of C7H15OH was investigated (pH of aqueous phase was of 5,0-5,5). The dependence between lg Kd and pH of an aqueous phase for the extraction of DDC copper and zinc using kerosene solvent was discussed (acidity of aqueous phase - 0,8M HCl - pH 8). Sodium DDC has been introduced into aqueous phase in all experiments. The content of metals was analyzed on AAS-1N unit (Karl Zeis, Iena). The next values of dissolution of DDC of copper and zinc were observed for DDC of copper - 2,98 g/100 cm3, for DDC of zinc - 5,07 g/100 cm3 of kerosene. The addition of alcohol's multinuclear improves the indexes of the process of dissolution of DDC of metals in kerosene.
Isabaev S.M., Baktybekov K.S., Chunaeva V.D., Kuzgibekova K.M. The simulation of cobalt sulfoarsenide sulfidizing by the equation of non-linear kinetics
The kinetics of cobalt sulfoarsenide (cobaltine) sulfidizing by the pyrite in neutral atmosphere at the temperature 650-875° C has been investigated. It has been established that the reaction of CoAsS with FeS2 at T=650-875° C leads to the formation of pyrrhotine, cobalt monoarsenide and monosulfide with the extraction into gaseous phase of sulfur, tetrasulfide and elementary arsenic. At the temperature increase the velocity of the reaction of cobalt monoarsenide and monosulfide becomes low, the process is suppressed by the back reaction proceeding. It has been shown that it is expedient for the cobaltine sulfidizing to use generalized Kholmogorov-Erofeev chemical kinetics equation.

The influence of sorption, saturation and complex forming on interphase distribution of osmium in chromatic pulp was studied with the help of radioisotopic method. It was established that without using complex forming additions osmium is distributed between the precipitate and the solution; introduction of complex former makes it possible to concentrate the overwhelming part of osmium in chrome concentrating solution. It has been proposed to realize precipitation of osmium from gases by their washing in aqueous solution, containing complex formers, with accumulation of osmium and its consequent precipitation from gas cleaning solution by well-known methods.

Vaisburd R.A., Partin A.S. The calculation of extrusion defect under the pressing
Model of flow of metal in a final stage of press forming, allowing to determine an initial moment of formation of funnel and by consideration of further deformation to receive the form of funnel has been proposed. The various factors determining beginning of formation of funnel and its form have been analyzed. On the base of experimental data measured on ЧПИ-2 plastometer the strengthening curves for cast and quenched АЛ9 alloy have been built and its plasticity at various deformation temperatures has been estimated. The diagrams of isothermic decomposition of supersaturated solid solution of АЛ9 aluminium alloy underwent to high-temperature mechanical processing have been built. It has been shown that hot plastic deformation accelerates the decomposition of supersaturated solid solution at the cooling up to homogenization temperature leading to the decrease of hardenability. Optimal treatment regimes providing the improvement of silumins properties complex by the combination of plastic deformation and heat treatment have been presented.

Egorychev K.N., Kurbatkina V.V., Kolesnichenko K.V. The interaction in the systems titanium-boron-silicon, titanium-boron-carbon and titanium-carbon-silicon under the mechanical activation of the initial components
The interaction in the systems titanium-boron-silicon, titanium-boron-carbon and titanium-carbon-silicon under the mechanical activation of the initial components in centrifugal planetary mill has been studied by the methods of X-ray phase and differential thermic analysis. The mechanical activation durability was from 0,5 up to 15 min the balls : material ratio was 20:1. There have been the following ratios for the mixtures: for titanium-boron-silicon system - 75 : 15 : 10 for the formation of TiB2 and Ti5Si3, for titanium-boron-carbon system - 74 : 17 : 9 for the formation of TiB2 and TiC, for titanium-carbon-silicon system - 76 : 7 : 17 for the formation of Ti5Si3 and TiC. It has been established that the components of non-activated mixtures of Ti-B-Si and Ti-C-Si compositions do not react with each other up to the temperature of 1000 ° C. The components of the mixture of Ti-B-C composition reacts with each other at the temperature of 740-750 ° C. Under the heating of previously activated mixture with high rate (5° C/s) the temperature of the starting of the interaction of its components was decreased by 300-450 ° C. The heat liberation due to the reaction of the investigated mixture components was sufficient for self-action reaction proceeding in the regime of self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS-process). The most sharp growth of heat liberation and the decrease of the temperature of the starting of the reaction at small (2 min) activation time has been observed for the mixture of Ti-B-Si composition.
