Получены экспериментальные данные об изменении температуры и энергосиловых параметров процесса. Выполнен анализ изменения температуры и гидростатического давления в зоне деформационной обработки, в ходе котороговыявлено 7 зон, качественно характеризующих протекание процесса прессования некомпактного материала. Отмечена существенная неоднородность величины гидростатического давления в очаге деформации, обуславливающая неоднородность свойств получаемых заготовок.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Continuous extrusion (the Konform method) of a noncompact aluminum material of the Al–Mg system is investigated. The experimental data on the variation in temperature and energy-power process parameters are found. The analysis of the variation in temperature and hydrostatic pressure in the zone of the deformation treatment is implemented. Seven zones, which qualitatively characterize the compaction of a noncompact material, are revealed during this analysis.
